• Salad & Services Bar Coordinator – Part-time; flexible shifts with weekend availability;
Snapshot: Manage and maintain several bars within the store, including the ‘Maryland’s Best Salad Bar’.

• Cold Catering Prep – Part-time; flexible shifts with weekend availability;
Snapshot: Prepare cold items according to standardized recipes, Santoni’s standards, and customer requests.

• Deli Takeaway – Part-time; flexibility for morning, afternoon & evening shifts;
Snapshot: Selects and packages products ordered by customers; Prepares special orders and party trays.

• Baker – Production 1  – Full or Part time; flexible shifts with weekend availability;
Snapshot: Produces bakery products to maintain shelves, tables, catering and departmental needs.

• Barista  – Part time; flexible shifts with weekend availability;
Snapshot: Prepares and sells coffee drinks, following prescribed recipes, such as espresso, café latte & cappuccino.

• Grill Cook – Part time; flexible shifts;
Snapshot: Produces foods for deli and catering according to daily prep sheet.

• Roundsman – Part-time; flexible shifts;
Snapshot: Responsible for producing all items for ‘Meals to Go’ case while maintaining a full and attractive display.

• Drivers – Part time; flexible hours; must have availability for some evening & weekend shifts
Snapshot: Deliver complete, accurate, quality catering orders in a timely manner.

• On-Call Catering Bartenders – Flexible availability to work events;
Snapshot: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.

• On-Call Catering Chefs – Flexible availability to work events;
Snapshot: Experienced in advanced cooking techniques; working knowledge of food/labor cost controls.

• On-Call Servers – Part time; flexible hours;
Snapshot: Deliver, set-up and facilitate service at various events.

Applicants must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings year round.
