Lemon Butter Barramundi

Ingredients
  1. 4 Barramundi fillets
  2. 2 tbsp. Butter
  3. 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  4. 3/4 tsp minced Basil
  5. 1 clove Garlic, minced
  6. 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  7. Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Saute the garlic in butter for about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and basil. Add salt to taste.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Coat fillets with olive oil.
  5. Pan fry on high heat for 3 mins. Flip and cook other side until fish is cooked through.
  6. Spoon sauce over fillets.
  7. Enjoy!
