Bob Bertucco is Santoni’s Cold Catering Supervisor. He is the voice of reason when things get hectic around Santoni’s Catering. He is easygoing while being able to keep his department in smooth running order. Originally from New York, Bob has been with Santoni’s for 7 years. He started by gaining experience with us as a Sous Chef in Hot foods and has since moved to heading the Cold Catering department. Before coming here, Bob attended the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, New Jersey. He has worked as Banquet Chef at Turf Valley in Ellicott City, Cook at the Harrah’s Hotel in Atlantic City, and Executive Chef at the Hayfields Country Club in Hunt Valley. He loves the family oriented environment of Santoni’s. He enjoys working with his team to come up with premium quality food. His wife Jennifer, who works in the Bakery, and he have two children. He can be found around the store snacking on chocolate covered cookies or at home grilling meats for his family.
