Orange Ginger Glazed Barramundi

Ingredients
  1. 4 Skinless Barramundi Fillets
  2. 2 tbsp Honey
  3. 1 tbsp Orange Juice
  4. 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  5. 1 tbsp Orange Juice
  6. 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  7. 2 tsp Oil
  8. 1 tbsp Orange Zest
  9. Salt, Pepper
  10. 1 in. of Ginger, peeled and minced
Instructions
  1. Salt and pepper Barramundi on all sides.
  2. Combine honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, ginger, and oil. Mix well and lightly coat fillets.
  3. Broil 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour glaze on fillets and cook in 425F oven until done.
