
Meatballs
2# ground beef
1/2 c Trefoild Girl Scout cookies
1/2 c day old bread
1/2 c Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c Italian seasoning
3 tsp minced onion
2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp Tabasco
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Sauce
3/4 c ketchup
2 tsp mustard
1/2 c water
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Sauce
Combine all ingredients, put into a crock pot to warm.
Meatballs
Place Girl Scout cookies and day old bread in a food processor and pulse until mixture makes fine crumbs. Combine cookie/bread mixture with the rest of the meatball ingredients, mix by hand until well blended. Roll into tiny balls. Bake 375* 15-20 minutes until brown.
When meatballs are done add to sauce and serve.
