- 1 cup Red Wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 4 Steak Strips, 1-inch thick
- Combine the red wine, salt and rosemary.
- Let stand at room temp for 2 to 3 hours.
- Place the steaks on high heat pan, cook 8 mins per side.
- Pour in wine mixture, and boil for a min. Serve and enjoy.
