Ingredients
  1. 5 Cloves Garlic, minced
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1/2 cup Butter
  4. 1/2 Lime, juiced
  5. 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  6. 1 tbsp Sugar
  7. 1 tsp grd Black Pepper
  8. 6 Ears Corn
  9. 2 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to med. heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Heat the garlic and butter in saucepan.
  3. Stir sugar, salt, black pepper, and cumin into butter with lime juice, hot sauce.
  4. Brush corn with the garlic butter.
  5. Grill corn, rotating occasionally, 15 minutes.
