Bourbon Glazed Salmon

  1. 4 tbsp Butter
  2. 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  3. 4 (6 z) Salmon Steaks
  4. 1/3 cup Bourbon Whiskey
  1. Melt butter, stir in brown sugar.
  2. Place salmon on top and cook for 5 mins on medium heat.
  3. Turn salmon, pour bourbon over.
  4. Cook 5 more minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Spoon glaze over the salmon.
