

Bourbon Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 4 (6 z) Salmon Steaks
- 1/3 cup Bourbon Whiskey
Instructions
- Melt butter, stir in brown sugar.
- Place salmon on top and cook for 5 mins on medium heat.
- Turn salmon, pour bourbon over.
- Cook 5 more minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Spoon glaze over the salmon.
