

Orange Ginger Glazed Barramundi

Ingredients
- 4 Skinless Barramundi Fillets
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Orange Juice
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Orange Zest
- Salt, Pepper
- 1 in. of Ginger, peeled and minced
Instructions
- Salt and pepper Barramundi on all sides.
- Combine honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, ginger, and oil. Mix well and lightly coat fillets.
- Broil 3-5 minutes.
- Pour glaze on fillets and cook in 425F oven until done.
