  1. 4 (4 z) Fillets Tilapia
  2. Salt and Pepper to taste
  3. 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour
  4. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  5. 2 tbsp unsalted Butter, melted
  1. Rinse and dry tilapia.
  2. Season sides with salt and pepper; lightly coat in flour.
  3. Heat oil in med-high heat skillet, cook the tilapia in oil until the fish flakes easily with fork, about 4 mins per side.
  4. Brush with melted butter.
  5. Serve.
