

Pan Seared Tilapia

Ingredients
- 4 (4 z) Fillets Tilapia
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted Butter, melted
Instructions
- Rinse and dry tilapia.
- Season sides with salt and pepper; lightly coat in flour.
- Heat oil in med-high heat skillet, cook the tilapia in oil until the fish flakes easily with fork, about 4 mins per side.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Serve.
