  1. 1 cup Red Wine
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  4. 4 Steak Strips, 1-inch thick
  1. Combine the red wine, salt and rosemary.
  2. Let stand at room temp for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Place the steaks on high heat pan, cook 8 mins per side.
  4. Pour in wine mixture, and boil for a min. Serve and enjoy.
