- 1/2 cup Molasses
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 tsp chopped Thyme
- 1 tbsp ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp grd Blk Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar
- 1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce
- Mix molasses, ketchup, distilled white vinegar, hot pepper sauce and spices.
- Place desired meat in mixture.
- Marinate in the refrigerator 3 hours or longer before grilling.
