The Santoni’s family is incredibly honored and grateful to have recently been recognized as a Best Family-Owned Business Honoree by the Baltimore Business Journal. Being included alongside so many outstanding companies from across the Baltimore area was truly humbling, and it was a special reminder of how meaningful family-owned businesses are to our community.
The awards event held at Citron Restaurant & Events was absolutely wonderful. From the beautiful venue to the incredible atmosphere, the evening was one we will never forget. It was such a fun celebration, and one of the highlights of the night was getting the opportunity to meet and spend time with so many of the other honorees. Hearing their stories, learning about their businesses, and connecting with other passionate family-owned companies made the evening even more memorable.
For our family, the night was especially meaningful because it gave us the chance to reflect on just how far Santoni’s has come over the years. What started in the 1930s when Lou & Rick’s grandparents began the business out of the back of their home in Highlandtown has grown into something truly incredible. From those humble beginnings to now employing more than 200 amazing team members, it has been an unbelievable journey built on hard work, dedication, and the support of our loyal customers.
We are especially thankful to be part of the wonderful Glyndon community. Santoni’s has proudly called Glyndon home for 40 years, and we know we would not be where we are today without the incredible support from our customers, neighbors, and friends throughout the years. Your loyalty and encouragement have allowed our family business to continue growing generation after generation.
Today, Santoni’s has expanded far beyond what our grandparents could have imagined, including becoming the 6th largest caterer in the Baltimore area. From intimate family gatherings to weddings, corporate events, and large celebrations, our catering team takes great pride in helping create memorable experiences for our customers every day.
